We offer several accommodation alternatives for our conference guests. Most groups stay in the lovely holiday village Holmbyn. These cottages have a wonderful view over the sea and they are equipped with one or two bedrooms, a living room with a bed-settee, a fully equipped kitchen and toilet and shower. Hotel cottage or self-catering

The basis of all our conference accommodation we call "hotel cottage". This means that your cottage is already equipped to a higher standard. We supply soap and shampoo, towels and a sheet package. Cleaning is included as well as a buffet breakfast which is served in the restaurant.
If you want a cheaper alternative you can make your own choices and adapt your stay. There are possibilities for preparing certain meals yourselves, bring your own sheets or organize the evening activities yourselves.

How many do you wish to share rooms?

You can choose how many persons should share the bedrooms. Our cottages can provide various alternatives. Normally we recommend that 2 or 3 person stay in each cottage which gives each person their own room, and naturally more people can stay in each cottage if they share rooms. Of course we are happy to help you with your choice of accommodation arrangements.

Holiday village Holmen

The cottages in Holmen have one or two bedrooms and a living room with a bed-settee. Each cottage has TV, a fully equipped kitchen and toilet and shower. Outside there is a small terrace with a wonderful view over the sea. The village is just a short walking distance from the conference building and restaurant.
 

 

Other cottages

When necessary we can also offer cottage accomodation on the site for the conference guests. Älgen and Solbacken are two somewhat bigger 2 bedroom cottages, together with a living room with a bed-settee, a fully equipped kitchen and shower and toilet. All other equipment is the same as in the cottages of Holmen.

Villa Kustvägen

Villa Kustvägen is the perfect place for completing the cottage village or as accommodation for the small group. The house is situated in Ugglarp village and there are eight double bedrooms. Each room has a shower and a toilet, a double bed, bed-settee and TV. The house also has a fully equipped kitchen and a dining/living room. Villa Kustvägen is tastefully decorated and renovated and all the rooms are unique. If you want to stay at Villa Kustvägen you can decide if you wish to have the conference in the conference facilities or to have your meeting in the house.
