If you rent a cottage or room from us all the activities are free of charge regardless of whether you rent a cottage within the site or a cottage or room that is situated off-site. Staying in a cottage

• Check-in time to the cottages is from 15.00 on your day of arrival. If you arrive after the opening hours of the reception we will put your arrival envelope in our key cupboard. Please contact the reception beforehand for the access code.
• Check-out time is 12.00 latest on the day of departure.
• The cottages are fully equipped for self-catering. We provide duvets, pillows, china, saucepans etc. Towels, sheets, soap, shampoo and similar are not included. Sheets and towels can be rented from us separately.
• We request that you clean your cottage before departure. The cottage is fully equipped with all cleaning materials and supplies that you will need. We can arrange cleaning at an extra cost, but check-out time in that case will be latest 11.00.
• Smoking is prohibited in the cottages. Any possible smoking decontamination will be charged for.
• Pets are not normally allowed in the cottages, but if you wish to bring your pet then it must be requested, and our approval given, when you make your booking.
• In the holiday village Holmen there is parking space for one car per cottage.

Staying in a room at Villa Kustvägen

• Please check-in at reception of the camping site by the sea.
• You will have access to your room from 15.00 on the day of arrival. If you arrive after the opening hours of the the reception we will put your arrival envelope in our key cupboard. Please contact the reception beforehand for the access code.
• Check-out time is latest 12.00 on the day of departure.
• Cleaning your room before departure is not included, but we provide cleaning materials and supplies. We can arrange cleaning at an extra cost. Check-out time in that case will be latest 11.00.
• Sheets and towels are not included in the room rental, but are available for rent separately.
• In the shared kitchen we provide china, cutlery, pots and pans etc plus a shared fridge and freezer.
• Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and shared areas. Possibly needed smoking decontamination will be charged for.
• Pet animals are not allowed in Villa Kustvägen. If you wish to bring your pet we offer cottages where pets are welcome.
